From our first call right up to the event Evan was very professional and we trusted that he had everything figured out. We requested certain items for our guests and Evan was east going and happy to accommodate our requests. We ran a cocktail hour, with apps and our guests were loving them. He put together a full dinner, with steak that was sooo tender, salmon etc, there was more than enough food. We had so many complements on the food and the service from Evan’s team.
